Imperial CBD Extraction is the first and only cryo-ethanol CBD extraction facility in Southern California. The facility is the first CBD extraction facility in Imperial County. Imperial CBD Extraction is located at 520 West Aten Road in Imperial, California and is surrounded by an agricultural oasis of 500,000 acres of fully irrigated farmland. The facility is easily accessible for inbound and outbound trucks and is positioned with available adjacent space to grow in the future. The facility is strategically positioned to serve the growing local hemp farming community as well as non-local hemp growers. Imperial CBD Extraction utilizes cryo-ethanol due to its proven ability to be efficient, safe, and economically sound.

Cyro-ethanol closed loop extraction is a method of drawing out essential cannabinoids by spraying hemp biomass (ground flower and trim) with subzero ethanol. After several recirculation’s over the material, negative pressures transfer the resulting solution to a collection chamber where additional impurities are removed by micron circulation. This super cold, low pressure means of extraction allows biomass to be processed into a clean desirable distillate product.

At our facility, we can produce 450 kilograms of Full Spectrum CBD Distillate, 400 kilograms of CBD Distillate Compliant Full, and 150 kilograms of CBD & CBG Isolate per week. Our facility is conveniently located only 2 hours from San Diego, CA, 3 hours from Los Angeles, CA, and 3 and half hours from Phoenix, AZ. We grow and extract our own locally grown hemp along with other farmers in our area. We also work with farmers throughout the country including Oregon, Arizona, North Carolina, Colorado, and Maine. Up to 11,000 lbs of Hemp Biomass Processing can be done in a week in our state-of-the-art extraction facility.
